Hi im sponsoring my husband from philippines (manila visa office) and i am from montreal, quebec. I would like to apply for the quebec undertaking and also for csq but one on the checklist requires that i must attache a letter/email from cic that i was approved to sponsor. My husbands papers are on process and he got his UCI client id so we can track our timeline but as for me i didnt get the letter or email saying that i was approved which i believe i am because they will not process his papers if i'm not. Now i want to apply for the quebec undertaking but i'm worried that they'll return my papers because i dont have that letter from cic. I asked them to resend it to me if they sent it but until now i'm still waiting for their reply. What should i do? Has anyone else encounter this situation?please give me some
Advice. Im thinking of attaching a letter to the application stating that i havent recieved any letter or email and explaining the situation and including our uci client id plus our timeline. Would they return me the papers if i do that? Please help me. Here's my husband's sponsorship timeline :
*we received your application for pr on april 29,2014
* we started processing your application on september 2,2014
*medical results have been received.
I'm thinking of including that on my letter attachment in the undertaking application plus the uci. Please give me advice on what's the best thing to do. Thank you kindly.
