Applying for QSW (while studying in Ontario)

Hi All,

I received my CSQ and I am preparing my Federal application to be submitted shortly to Sydney Nova Scotia.

I am here in Canada studying in Ontario on study permit and will continue atleast for one year. My question is that, since I will sign 'intent to reside in Quebec', will it cause any problem that during my Federal application is in process I have been living in Ontario. I can move to Quebec after I get my PR card though.

Please advise.
