Applying for PR

Hello friends,

I am planning to apply for canada PR. I lived in USA for 8yrs and because of some immigration issues I have to go back to India. I entered US on F1 completed masters there and worked on H1B for 4yrs. Can anyone guide me on what is the procedure to apply for PR in Canada.
