Hi everyone! My refugee hearing was held on January 11th and I got a positive decision on the table within less than an hour. My lawyer received the NOD the next day through her IRB portal . I applied for my pr with the emailed NOD instead of waiting to receive the mailed NOD. I received the mail yesterday and it has signature of irb member and it says certified true copy . But the one my lawyer received through her IRB electronic portal doesn’t have signature doesn’t say certified true copy. I’m really worried right now. Can anyone please tell me if IRCC will accept that NOD or I should mail the signed NOD.
