applying for PR with spouse as principal applicant

Hi.

As mentioned in the subject, applying for PR, with my wife as the principal applicant. My wife's job specification matches most of the activities mentioned under the head of Finance but her designation is that of an Assistant Manager. Will that be a problem? Please advice.
