Applying for PR when in India compared to when you are in Canada (in an ICT WP)

Hi guys,
If we have an Canada ICT (Intra Company Transfer) for 2 years and working there for 1 year how much additional points do we get in the Express entry as compared to applying form India.
Also during that period can other (different) companies offer job during that time and can I use that job offer for getting PR.

Basically wanted to know the benefits of applying a PR from India Versus applying when you are working in Canada (in an ICT visa).
Any information/help from the gurus will be much appreciated.

Adding on to it, the reason why I was asking is, currently my CRS point is 329 for the past 10 months.
So will going to Canada on an ICT WP (Intra Company Transfer Work Permit), will it definitely increase my points required for PR. Of course assuming that I work for at least 1 year period.
