Applying for PR under FSW NOC code 0213 but in Canada on workpermit as Developer

Hi Everyone,

I am planning to apply for FSW under noc code 0212, but I am currently in canada on workpermit. My work permit was issued for a software developer as it doesnt require labour.

Will this be any issue for my pr application?

If you are completed one year in Canada you can apply under FSW Category 3
and with a full time offer letter you can apply under Arranged employment FSW 2

I have not completed 1 year in Canada and I dont have arranged employment as well. NOC 0213 is my only option. So I wanted to know would it be a problem if i apply?
