Applying for PR status fees with a work permit option

Hi there,
I am sponsoring my common law partner and am looking to pay the fees for our Permanent residency application with the option of a work permit.
I have found the the website with the $1040 for the sponsorship fees and right of permanent residence fees and 85$ for Biometrics. Is there a separate fee I need to find to pay for the Work Visa option that goes along with the PR application?
