Applying for pr skilled worker with a refugee claimant spouse

Hello,

I applied for permanent residency under skilled worker program after having studied in Canada, but I’m married to a refugee claimant.

I declared my spouse in the application as non accompanying. Will I have any problem on my pr application? Have you been through the same situation? Any recommendations?
