Applying for PR having PEQ and sponsorship

Hi,

Making it really short:

- I am Canadian citizen
- My wife has post grad work permit + CSQ (through PEQ) + living in QC + currently working
- Path for her PR and citizenship ?!
- If we decide to apply through sponsorship, do we need to apply for another CSQ?
- Is it even possible to apply through sponsorship while u obtained CSQ through PEQ?
- Did anyone actually went through the same path?
