Applying for PR: have ICT work permit

HI Guys!

I have ICT work permit(company provided) and i am in CANADA fro last 3 months.

Now can i apply for PR??? when can i apply for PR? what are the If's and But's

What are the criterias to apply for PR? do my existing company need to provided any documents for this PR? or can i apply myself? (i want to apply myself)

If you plan to apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program's job offer stream, you'll need support from your employer, plus you have to meet other conditions.

If you apply under the FSWP without a job offer, check if you meet one of the designated occupations as well as other conditions.

could you please provide some assistance and gudie me on how to apply for intra company transfer visa ? Did you get a permanent job offer or was it a contract ? How long is your work permit valid for ?
