I and my wife are applying for PR this December 2019, I will move to another city by then and she will go visit her family outside Canada for a few months. My questions are,
- Is it risky for her to travel outside Canada while her visa status might change (she might get PR card), below is an article excerpt I'm quoting which says it can be risky?
If you gave Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) an address in Canada, but you left before the card was mailed to you, you can ask your family or friends who live at that address to send you the PR card. You can then re-enter Canada with your PR Card. However, if you do this, you are taking a risk.
2. Can someone give an estimated time when they received PR card?
