Applying for PR, Canadian spouse

So, I'm a dude from Europe, been living and working in Canada for almost 9 years now, under various work permits. (Should definitively qualify, eh??)

Anyway, Come in under group B I believe, but enough about that.

My question is this, I have all my papers filled out, and pretty much ready to send in the application, however, do I need to include my (at this time) Canadian common-law wife/fiancee??

We are to get married next year, but she does not need to 'accompany' me, being as she was born in Winnipeg. We have been together for about 3 years now.

You do not have to include her in your application, but I think you should put a note saying that she is your fiance and a Canadian Citizen.
