Applying for Pr before getting married

I am currently having 446 points for Pr but I will be getting married in December, do I have to include my fiance's details now.But if i include her I will loose my points now. Is there ama options. Please provide me some suggestion.

A fiance cannot be included. You will need to add her after getting married.
