Hi All,
I am planning to apply for PR alone in-order to meet current CRS threshold which would be 450 and with spouse it is 432. I would be highly grateful if experts could guide me about this situation.
About me: 35 years old with Master degree and 2.5 years of Canadian experience, will be leaving Canada end of April. My spouse joined me in Canada since a year and she is holding open work permit.
1) If I apply alone, will there be any issue while getting PR?
2) Is there any cool off period or specific time after that I can file spouse sponsorship application?Whereas
I mentioned that spouse is not accompanying me in my PR application and after getting PR I am applying to get her in Canada.
3) My spouse holding multiple entry visitor visa. So I do not think so that she will have any issue after my PR and at the same time I will apply for an open work permit. Will there be any issue?
4) Can spouse travel back to India while PR application is in-progress.
Thanks in advance!
