Hi, I am a BTech graduate in mechanical engineering,along with that period I completed 3 year diploma in mechanical engineering during evening. I am planing to study pg diploma with in my diploma qualification. Can I submit my BTech degree while applying for pr form there after studies. Plz rply it's urgent
