Applying for post graduation work permit

Hi all,

I have completed my studies (2 yr full time) and added my last name to my passport and got renewed it since it was about to expire as well. now i want to apply for PGWP. and bit confused that i'll have to use my latest passport information for application. but visa is stamped on my old passport. on my graduation letter i dont have last name as per new passport. how should I apply.
Does anyone has any idea regarding this.??

Did you change your name in your passport because you got married or because in you your home country you don’t have a last name? You can provide your marriage certificate to prove you got married if that is the reason. If you changed your name because you didn’t have a last name your last name is likely either under your first name in your passport or you can explain why there is the difference. All your other identifying information is the same on both passports and your pictures will be similar. IRCC deals with similar situations so this shouldn’t be an issue.

• There were no last name 9n my previous pssport so i added one.
• Added parents last name as well because they has last name on their pssport
• Renewed my passport because its a about to expire in December 2019.
• Added my wife's name on my new pssport
