I am from India and I am on implied status as I have applied for my work permit extension b4 my work permit expires. My work permit has expired. It has been a month and I have applied for PR under PNP nominees. I am working in Saskatoon. When I called VFS Global in Canada for my PCC, they told me that I have to have a valid work permit in order to apply for PCC from VFS Canada(Vancouver)for India. I am just worried that CIC may ask for my PCC soon and I if I am not able to provide the certificate i will be in trouble. Please advice me, what Can I do?
