Applying for PNP in BC

Hi
I am currently residing in Toronto. I have applied under EE with an overall core of 396.
I am also looking for other options out of which one would be moving to Vancouver - BC.

I am not sure how to proceed with the application of PNP in BC.
Any help in this regards would be much appreciated.
