Applying for permenent residency whilst on student visa.

Hi,

I am currently in Canada on a student visa and planning on applying for PR, with my common law partner (we have been together for nearly 4 years). Should I apply inland or outland? And what kind of financial proof does he need to have, will he need it even if I have sufficient funds and we own a home together?

I also have another question - I have applied for my off campus work letter around two months ago and not heard anything back...should I apply again?

It depends on the stream. What PR stream do you plan on applying to? FSW, CEC, Family Sponsorship?
