I am an international student, and I will graduate next month and I intend to apply for permanent residence, in 2014 i got threats from someone and I complain to the police about it, and now I would like to know if it's going to affect my application for residence, thank you

why would it affect anything as long as was not you making the threats.

Only graduating next month out of interest what program are you applying through to get PR ?
