I am a Canadian PR living in Vancouver and my fiancee who is in India recently received her TRV. We are getting married next month and we plan to return together to Canada. Then we plan to start the Inland PR sponsorship process.

My question: Can my fiancee as a visitor in Canada apply for Indian PCC from BLS Vancouver?
