Hello All, My spouse is in Canada on Visitor Visa. So we are applying for PCC from Canada. 1). Can we apply for inland PR without PCC just conformation from PCC and when we get the original PCC we can sent through webform. ( as it takes 8 Weeks for PCC) 2). as my spouse doesn't have proof of address. She is having only lease agreement is that ok as proof of address? thank for the help guys.
