Applying for Parents sponsorship in 2017

Guys I am confused regarding parents sponsorship applications in 2017.

Right now the cic website says applications quota have been met and they will be accepting 10,000 applications starting January 2017.

My question is, should we be mailing the application right now so that it is "in line" for the new quota?

Or will they be accepting applications mailed on or after the opening date?

Or should we line up outside the office when the office opens??

Anyone have any idea or suggestion, it will be appreciated.

No - you can't mail the application now. If it's received before the first business day of January - the application will be returned unprocessed.

Only couriers are allowed into the building. You cannot line up to drop off your application.

Thanks - so we should book the courier probably a day ago to ensure delivery on the opening date?

According to your other posts you just recently became a PR. Do you have necessary Canadian income from 2013, 2014, and 2015 to qualify to sponsor your parents in 2017?
