No such visa exists. Your parent can apply to come to Canada on a regular visitor visa. If approved, this will allow your parent to visit for 6 months. Your parent can then try to extend the visit - but there's no guarantee this extension request will be approved. It's extremely unlikely your parent will be allowed to stay in Canada for the full 2 years of your study permit. It's entirely possible your parent won't even be approved for the initial visitor visa and will have to remain in your home country while you study in Canada.
If your parent is approved for a visitor visa, you should note that they won't be able to work while in Canada and won't qualify for health care coverage.
