Please I have some questions concerning owp,
I have already applied for csq in 2012 (I have not received yet).
I want to take my kids (minors) to study in montreal by September,
As a parent accompanying them, can I be able to get an open work permit?

No - you can't. Open work permits under these circumstances are only available to those who have spouses studying in Canada as international students.
