Hello. I am planning to sponsor my soon-to-be wife to get her PR. I read the application instruction and it says that she can apply for open work permit at the same time applying for the PR. We live in Quebec, and I tried to find the instruction for open work permit under sponsorship but was not able to find. I had some questions that I would really appreciate if someone could advise..! 1. I was wondering if we can apply both sponsorship PR and open work permiet at the same time after we get the marriage certificate.
2. Some people say that we need to get AOR and with that we can apply for open work permit. Is this still the case?
3. For Quebec, usually it needs CAQ for work permit. Would the work permit application under marriage sponsorship require CAQ?
