Applying for Ontario Express Entry dilemma

I have a bit of a dilemma which I hope someone here could help me with.

On September 18 I received my ITA (I had a score of around 480) for Express Entry. However, instead of choosing Ontario as the province I wished to settle in, I had chosen Manitoba.
I have just now gone back into my MyCIC application and changed the province which I intend to settle in from Manitoba to Ontario.
Does anyone here know if I would still be eligible to be considered for Ontario Express Entry (this is where Ontario nominates candidates who are in the EE pool), or should I not be expecting any offer?
I should mention that I have only received my ITA for now, and I have not yet submitted any of the other documents that CIC demands (e.g. proof of funds, education and employment).

Don't expect an invite from Ontario anymore because you already have an ITA. They don't "see" profiles with ITAs. Just proceed with your application and you're free to land in whatever province you want, regardless of what you entered in your application.

The CIC requirements are actually easier than the OINP requirements, and it takes about 5 months now to get a nomination from OINP, so just accept the ITA now. :)

Is it really taking 5 months?  I thought that it was 90 days. 5 months for pnp , 6 months for CIC. Express entry taking 1 year for PPR. How convenient.

^^ But the whole purpose of the OOPNP is to get enough points for an ITA.... so if you have an ITA, why would you be worrying about getting a nomination?

Right now, it takes about 2 months to get an acknowledgment from OINP, and the acknowledgment email suggests that this is when the 90 day processing period starts instead. A few members here have surpassed the 90-day post-acknowledgment period with no update yet.
