Hello guys I need help!!
So My study permit expire on June 30th and I have waited for a document (school transcript and new letter of acceptance to extend my study permit) from my old school after my permit expired. I only able to get my school transcript without a new letter of acceptance. Also I was applying for a program in BCIT, I got the unofficial letter of acceptance on Sept 1st. But when I think that I might not be able to apply and get the result from CIC, I decided to go back to my home country and now I'm going to apply for a new study permit. I would like to know if it would be a problem if I left Canada in 90 days after my study permit expired. Do I need to make a letter to tell CIC of my situation? Because my old school just refused to give me the new LoA even my agent has already paid for my tuition fees. I'm going to apply before the end of October because I need the permit for my placement test in December
Please help !!
Thanks
