Hi everyone ,

I'm on PGWP since April 2013. (it expires in April 2016) I haven't applied for PR and I'm going to start my job in Dec 2014. And I'm planning to apply for the PR under CEC or PNP after bringing my wife here to Canada (I heard if I apply for PR before bringing my wife , it increases the risk of her application getting rejected)

We married in August 2014. (3 months ago) but have been together for almost 6 years. (we have photos , etc)

I have studied M.Sc. of Computer Science at McGill University.

I want to apply for her OWP.

I'd like to know :

1.How likely is it to be rejected in this application according to our situation.

2.Do I have to wait for some time after starting my job an then apply for her OWP? or is it good enough to apply for it right after receiving the job offer.

3.Does the expiration date of my PGWP , which is April 2013 (17 months from now) , affect her chance of receiving the OWP ?

4.What documents are the best to provide ? I though of the following documents , is there anything that is better to add to this list ?

Title Deed of a house/apt with her name on it
Work experience (+ translation of insurance record which is from July 2012 to April 2013)
Her job offer and employment letter which states : she is working here at the time and will be back in 2 years ..
Bank Statement - our shared account
Bank Statement - her account
Her University Degree - Bachelor of Business Management - She graduated about 2 years ago
Marriage Certificate
Photos of us
Purpose of Travel
Police Certificate
Wedding ring receipt
My bank statement in Canada
A photo of my post graduate work permit
My employment letter and job offer

Thanks in advance
