Applying for Multiple-Entry TRV within Canada

I have a few queries about applying for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) from Canada. I understand that I can submit my application to the Canadian Consulate in Buffalo since my wife and I are currently residing and working in Toronto. Both my wife and I have an open work permit that is valid for another three years. I received my work permit from the Immigration Canada Processing Centre in Alberta based on the post-graduate work permit scheme meant for recent university graduates and my wife has an open work permit as she is a dependent.

Our TRV that was used for our entry into Canada has expired. Hence, we need to apply for another multiple entry TRV to enable us to re-enter Canada should we leave Canada on holiday. I have the following questions about the application TRV form (IMM 5257) that I'd like to clarify:

• Question 4 asks, "Indicate how long you plan to stay in Canada?". Since my wife and I are already in Canada and working full-time, what do we enter as the "From" date and "To" date?

• Question 5 asks, "Funds available for my stay in Canada". What supporting documents does the visa officer require in addition to bank statements and our employment letter stating our salary? How many months bank statement does the visa officer require?

• Question 11 asks, "Name, address and relationship of any person(s) or institution I visit". Since I'm already residing and working within Canada, would it be sufficient to show my company's name and address?

• Fee Payment: As I am currently residing in Canada, I would like to know what form of payment (e.g. money draft in Canadian dollars) of the visa application fee is acceptable?
