Applying for Master after PR - Bachelor degree from India

I have several questions regarding Masters education in Canada.

I have bachelor degree in computer engineering from india and I did WES evaluation for express entry which says Bachelor(four year) in computer engineering.

My PR recently approved and I'll be moving to canada soon. Once I go there I want to apply for Masters in computer field.

I need to know the general process if anyone can help with.

Do I need do re-evaluation for my Bachelors?
Am I eligible to be considered as domestic applicant and pay domestic fees?
Any idea if part time masters is possible? ( I know ot mostly depends on university if they offer or not but if you know any university that does offer part time plz suugest)

I am mostly planning to stay in Toronto so let me know your suggestions.

1. Follow the admission requirements of the program you want, these will be clearly described on the program website. Evaluation is normally not necessary for Uni application.
2. A PR pays domestic fees.
3. Again depends on program, there aren't that many universities so should be easy to check.

Also I don't know why you want a Masters but a masters degree is unlikely to help in a programming career by itself. Working and studying is going to be a lot of work, career wise it might be better to focus on your work and get some rest!
