I hold an open work permit and am employed full-time in Canada.
I had to leave Canada urgently and now I am applying for TRV from my home country. I am confused whether or not I should put Canada as my country of residence (since I work there and have a residence there, but I am currently out of the country, hence my uncertainty).
Was anyone in a similar situation? Lmk what you did! Thanks.
My issue is, when I do not put Canada as my country of residence, I get asked for either LMIA job offer (which I dont have, cuz my job is not LMIA) or a letter of invitation (because I am not invited by anyone).
