I applied for a study permit (from outside Canada) on March 13 with upfront medical exams and gave my biometrics on March 19. Therefore, my application has been "complete" for over 12 weeks, but the last update I received was on March 30 (medical exams passed) and it's still in progress. IRCC are currently reviewing whether I meet the eligibility requirements.
Even though I applied from Brazil, I e-mailed Rhiyad's visa office (Saudi Arabia) on April just to check and they confirmed my file was being processed there - São Paulo's visa office was closed until last month.
Since I'm starting my studies online in the Summer term from my home country (my university guarantees a full refund in case of study permit refusal), I'd like to apply for GCMS Notes to see exactly where my process is at.
I've noticed only Canadian citizens and permanent residents are eligible to submit a request. Could someone please help me? Is there somewhere else I should look?
