I am on work permit and staying in Montreal, Quebec for the past 2 months and is valid for another one year. My wife is staying with me and she is with a work permit visa. Both have electrical engineering back ground. We are Bangladeshi. We want to settle in Ontario or Alberta, but not in Quebec. Therefore, I want to apply for federal skilled worker keeping Montreal Address. Are there any problems that CIC may ask to get CSQ, as I am in Quebec right now. I am not at all interested to settle in Quebec. Please help in this regard by letting me know whether I can apply for the federal PR staying in Montreal.
