applying for EE with valid Work permit

Hi

I wanted to apply for EE from India, I was in Canada on work permit (Valid till Jan-2019). I have a family ( spouse and child) with dependent visa till Jan-2019. I have questions:

1.If I apply for EE without spouse(not accompanying) , my CRS score will be 438. In case I got invitation and during landing can I bring my family along with me as they have valid dependent visa till Jan-2019?

Note: If I apply for EE with spouse, score is coming around 421. For which I have to wait for a long time.

2. After I apply for EE , If I have to move to canada ( as I have valid work permit & VIsa) the location will be in quebec province , How my application will be considered by CIC for EE?

2 - You would have to update your address and if your application is being processed you will have to write a letter of intent in which you have to explain your intention to reside outside the province of Quebec, if your argument does not convince the processing officer then prepare for rejection. Also, when filling the post ITA forms if you state any city in Quebec as your intended destination then your application will be cancelled.
