Applying for EE after getting invitation as an inward applicant

Hi all,
I got invited for EE under CEC and applying from outside canada as I am visiting my home country. The deadline for the application is on 27th August and I will be back in Canada end of September. Will that be an issue?
Also I did my medical before leaving Canada and the doctor just gave me an eMedical information slip. Should i submit that as part of the medical documents required on my application?

You can accept the ITA and submit all the documents (if you have them) from outside of Canada. You are on a short trip and will be back in September. No issues there.

Yes you should submit the upfront e-medical form as the medical info when submitting final documents after ITA.
