Applying for Common-law PR within Canada, on IEC - does pilot program affect me?

Hi all,

I am a few weeks away from submitting my application for Permanent Residency via Spousal/Common-law sponsorship from within Canada. I am currently here on an IEC visa, which expires in May 2017. This means I have around 15 months left of work permit. Does anyone know:

- Does the pilot program have any bearing on my situation?

- Do I need to apply for another OWP when I submit my PR application or should just I apply for one a few months before my IEC/work permit is due to expire?

Hi

I strongly suggest you apply OUTLAND. You will be a PR before your current work permit even expires. Inland would be a big mistake.
