I have decided to apply for Citizenship but without including my child (PR of Canada) in the application. I have very strong reason to do so. I will apply in couple of days, so it will be still under old rules. Please note my application has absolutely no fraudulent data and I am clean on criminal record side as well. Considering CIC doubts my intentions of staying in Canada after Citizenship what could be worst case scenario:
1. Send me a letter asking why I have not included my child in the application (Can they really do this?)
2. Send me an RQ and then reject my application based on my intention etc.
3. Revoke my PR for applying without having intention of staying in Canada and order me to leave Canada.
If I pull back my application after getting RQ can they take my PR as well even if I live in Canada and maintain my PR status?
What will happen if I don't reply to RQ and abandon my application but still continue to live in Canada as PR?
