Hi All,

My application for Quebec Skilled Worker (based on CSQ) is already in process in Buffalo visa office.

Now, I just got eligible for Canadian Experience Class - CEC (2 years of work in Ontario). I am thinking to apply under Canadian Experience Class (CEC) also. But in Canadian Experience Class (CEC) says that the applicant should not be intending to reside in Quebec, but anywhere else in Canada.

So, will it cause any conflict between my two applications for PR in Buffalo?

I was thinking that if I get immigration thorough Quebec Skilled Worker, I will go to Quebec. However, if I get immigration through Canadian Experience Class (CEC), I will go to somewhere in Ontario.

Please advise!
Thanks,
Indus

Dual application is ok with Visa office and if it happens he immigration officer will simply ask you at a point to choose one application before making final decision so that you don't receive two PPR.

What the guide is talking about does noot interfer with sending dual applications. However, you'll have to pay 550$ extra and will not be refunded.
