I am all set to submit my eAPR within next few days. But my organization in india has idea of applying H1b for me just about the same time. Though H1B is a lottery and there is no guarantee of obtaining it, I want to make sure that applying both together is not going to affect my canadian PR application.
What I want to know is the following:
1. When PPR request comes, do we need to send the passport to the visa office? In that case, if my organization asks me to go for visa stamping at almost same time, I will be in a difficult situation.
2. If we get some other country's visa stamped during the PR process? Do we need to inform IRCC? Will it delay the PR process?
3. Will obtaining H1B , in anyway, affect my chances getting Canada PR?
Please guide me.
