Applying for canadian citizenship

Dear Sir/Madam/Folks/Mates,

Regarding the citizenship application when have to apply

1.Should I send all pages of the passport or just the biographical pages ?

2. There is a section in the form which says

How long have you lived at this address :

So I have lived at this address From 1st of August 2013 to 2015 March as of today

Should I write 1 year 7 months or 1 year 8 months as I am falling in the March mid

3. For Paying the citizenship fees online

I will pay by Credit Card then there will be a pdf document which I will save and do the print out and attach with the form right ? At the end of the form like at which page will I attach ?

And for any passport translation CIC only cares about in the last 4 years right ?

1) Just the bio pages

2) You may write 1 year 8 months (7 should also be fine)

3) I'm not sure but I think we get receipt to print out

Instruction guide says "At the end, click on the button to print the CIC official receipt with barcode."

So you will get receipt with barcode. Confirmed !
