Hèllo, im new here, I'm a young lady of 25, married with two kids, need a kind help on how to apply for Canada's visa lottery for me and my kids, I'm a graduate of a polytechnic, i study computer science..anyone with useful help please....thanks.

No such thing as Canada Visa lottery. The only lottery program would be the the parents and grandparents family sponsorship where each year applicants are selected to apply for PR processing for their parents.
There is NO visa lottery for Canada. There are only immigration paths that are based on eligibility.

You need to use the tool from the link I just sent you, to see if you are even eligible for coming to Canada.
