Hai...i'm an Indian citizen..planning to apply for an spouse open work permit...it would be glad if any one could please help me regarding visa process..as my case is different from others...first of all i will clearly explain my situation...
My husband is in Canada on study permit 2 years back he went to Canada on study permit ... we got married this year may 2015 and after marriage he returned back to Canada in the month of july...his study permit is going to be end by december 30 2015,bcoz of his vacation to India for 3 months he could not complete his studies in the mean time, so now he is planning to apply for his study permit extension and also spouse open work permit for me (as we got to know that if any spouse is having valid study permit other may get SOWP to help them in funding for their studies ),we are planning to apply for both in the same file.
Please let me know what are the chances of getting visa if applied in same file?..or it would be better to apply in seperate file?
i would like to clear my doubt that will it be a problem for his study permit extension bcoz of my SOWP application?
How much proof of funds to be shown for both the applications as he is having job in Canada? we are planning to show 16000 CAD in his Canadian bank account, employment letter and educational loan in Indian account.are they enough for proof of financial support?
What are the documents requried for both the applications ?what is the document called 'PURPOSE OF TRAVEL'?what should i mention in this document for SOWP application?
Please can anyone help me in solving my issues..please its very urgent need as many suggestions as possible
