Applying for a Work Permit from a 3rd Country

Hello folks,

If a Foreign National (non EU country) is applying for a Work Permit from the United Kingdom to come to Canada, is it mandatory that they send their permits with a minimum 6 month validity on their UK visa?

Please let me know as I am trying to find this information and cannot find it on the IRPA.

There is no mention of ) months validity in the document requirements:
