I got asked to leave Canada four years ago and I left asap..I am getting married to my fiancé next year and he wants me to apply for my visa to visit him since he always comes down to visit me. He will be able to sponsor me in the next two years now because he sponsored his then live in girlfriend at the time. I’m wondering if after we get married will I have a chance to get my visa. I have no reason to stay honestly we have a new born baby he has his own company and we are financially stable. I really don’t Want the application to be refused because I really want to visit him because he can only stay one week or two when he visits me and I just want us to spend more time together.

Why were you asked to leave? How much time from the notice to the date you left passed?

There's an extremely high chance the application will be refused both due to your failed refugee claim and the fact you have a spouse in Canada. To be approved for a visitor visa - you want to demonstrate very strong ties to your home country and demonstrate you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Both the past refugee claim and the fact you are married to a Canadian demonstrate the opposite. You can certainly try - however you should be prepared for a refusal.
