Hi everyone,
I previously studied in Canada for 6 years as an international student and got the 3 year post-graduate work permit after my graduation from a university.
Then I went straight to the UK for my master's degree therefore did not renew my resident visa when I was in Canada.
Now I am doing my internship in another country and plan to go back to Canada which means my post graduate work permit will stay valid for another one year and a half or so. Do I apply for a TRV then? On the CIC website, do I click on the "applying for a visitor visa" and thus fill out the IMM5257 form? Is it going to be more likely than not that I could get the visa and thus re-enter Canada to find a long-term job there?
Many thanks,
