Applying for 2019 OINP

Dear All,

I am planning to apply for Canada Express entry pool with a score of 410 by June 2019. By July this point will become 405 as I will be one year older.

So I am planning to apply for OINP under the “Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream” with “2171 - Information systems analysts and consultants” with appx 405/400 points. Is that plan ok? Should I be able to do so and get selected?

My details:
Live in Bangladesh, have a BBA from USA and MBA from Bangladesh. Have over 13 years of experience, with over 5 years of experience in current job as a IT Business analyst. IELTS score band of CLB 9.

Please help.

Unfortunately you can apply for Ontario PNP, you must select ‘all provinces’ on you EE profile and wait to receive a NOI
This year OINP Human Capital Priority stream (no job) drew 1493 already. With CRS 439-448
Nobody knows if there will be a second draw for 2019.
We are all hoping and praying for a draw soon.
