Applying Canadian Passport after Citizenship Oath ceremony.

I have few questions regarding the application of Canadian Passport after attaining Citizenship.

Currently my situation is I'm awaiting for oath ceremony and would travel to Canada for Citizenship Oath ceremony and later apply for passport outside of Canada.
My minor son would not be travelling for the oath ceremony as he is minor and there is no requirement.

1) Can we apply the passport outside of Canada including minor applicants?
2) Can we apply for the OCI card outside of Canada?

Please share the valuable inputs and real experience who had comes across this kind of situation.

You can apply for the passport outside Canada in the Canadian consulate in the country of residence with original citizenship certificate and guarantor from he country
