Hi All,
I have applied for PR under CEC and received my AOR. My eCAS status is application received. Now I am trying to apply canada visa (just go to my home contry and come back). I am facing difficulty in understanding few questions.
1) Are you staying in Canada for more than 6 months and have lived in one or more designated countries or territories for more than six months in the last year?We have choice of Yes or No
The answer to the question Are you staying in Canada for more than 6 months is Yes and the answer to question have lived in one or more designated countries or territories for more than six months in the last year? is NO
So What should I write here?
2) It asks for me have you applied for PR, the answer is Yes, then it asks me
Have you had a medical exam performed by a CIC authorized panel physician (doctor) within the last 12 months?
The answer is NO here. So I doubt they might ask me to go for a medical in order to give the visa. If I go for a medical now, will it count for my PR MR? I belive it holds good for 12 months.
Requesting to share experience if anybody has applied for Canada visa after applying the PR ?
